I disagree with the whole idea. I think what they are saying that if we don't have an ability than we don't have opportunity. Know one knows that, how do other people know that if you are good at something that you have opportunity?

 

The ways that talented people can succeed by overcoming adversity. Is to get a good education, go to college, taking everything you learned in school, and get a good paying job.

If i could have dinner with 5 people ( dead or alive), i would probably say, 

Stan lee, Selena Quintanilla, Paramore, George Lopez, and Carlos Santana.

The reason i would like to have dinner with Stan lee, because he created the marvel heroes and he is an awsome drawer, and if he had not created the marvel heroes the movies would not have come out. Like x-men, spider man, spawn, daredevil, ghost rider, iron man, hulk and many more.

I would like to meet Selena Quintanilla to find out what would have happen if she were alive. I think if she were still alive she would have made it big, and bigger than Britney Spears.

I would like to meet Paramore, because i like all her songs and she is one of my favorite rock singers.

George Lopez is the one i really, really like to meet, because he makes me laugh a lot and every time when i see his comedian shows their better than the last one.

And for Carlos Santana, because he is the best, greates guitar player ever and i love how he plays and all of his songs.

By having knowledge, i think it means when you know a lot that you have the power to do something.

There are all kinds of knowledge that leads to more power. I don't know what they are, but those kinds of knowledge gives you power to do something that you normally think you would not do. 

9/26/08 What personal traits does adversity test?

Mrs. Hinojosa,

                      The personal traits of adversity test are to help the mental skills and by challenging

ourselves. The traits of having power to the test is to see what we know and to find out how much we learned. 

I don't agree with Abraham Lincoln's state. If someone want to test their man's character they should not be given power just because he is testing his knowledge. And what if that someone tested bad should that person deserved to be given power.

Is there any type of ''humor'' that does not amuse you?

The only thing that does not amuse me is knock knock jokes. 

I get what the joke means, but i just don't find anything

funny and sometimes i think is stupid.

Have you laughed today? what makes you laugh?

I have not laughed not once today, because i feel that i just got up from bed and i am really tired, but the day is not over, is not even close so who knows? Maybe i will lol some time today.

There are a lot of things that make me laugh, but most of them is my favorite comedy shows; like '' Gorge Lopez'' and '' What i like about you''. The most funniest thing that really, really makes me laugh is talking to my funny friend on the phone, she always cracks me up.
